Questions
Each painting is painted after you order, which takes about 2 weeks. Transit then takes an estimated 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates: carriers, customs and other events can affect timing. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
Yes. Submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Once it is approved you receive instructions and a free prepaid return label; the restocking fee is $0. Please return the canvas rolled, as it arrived. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Contact us with your order information, photos of the painting and the packaging, and a short description. We will review it and send the applicable return or resolution instructions.
Contact us as soon as possible. Because paintings are made to order, a cancellation is available only while the order can still be stopped. After delivery, the return process applies.
